Sample handling, storage and testing is easy using the Whirl-Pak® Stand Up Bag, which have been designed to stand independently without the need of a rack or holder. As a sample is added to the Whirl-Pak® Bag, the special gusseted bottom flattens out allowing the bag to stand without any support. This feature then allows quality assurance personnel to use both hands for tasks within the laboratory.

A white strip located on the front of the Whirl-Pak® Stand-Up Bag provides an area for sample identification to be documented using any pen or pencil. Sample integrity is protected by the patented puncture and leak proof design of the Whirl-Pak® Bag. Samples can be taken at different points of the production process or even frozen for storage as the bags can tolerate temperatures any temperatures up to 82°C.
