Product quality assurance is essential in food production, processing and quality control. The Testo 826 series of thermometers offers the food industry a reliable, quick and user friendly means to monitor food temperature throughout the manufacturing and storage facilities. The 826-T2 and 826-T4 are small and practical infrared thermometers with laser sighting for non-contact measurements. The 826-T4 also offers a penetration probe so not only can you measure the surface temperature of the product, a core temperature measurement can also be taken using the one instrument. Two adjustable limits can be programmed for each instrument with an audible alarm triggered if a temperature measurement exceeds the limit.
